Kabir Bedi visits Delhi Public School

Riyadh: Kabir Bedi, a renowned bollywood actor, has visited Delhi Public School to attend schools annual day celebrations as a chief guest. “Gain knowledge from the teachers and books and try to seek and emulate role models”- He advised thousands of students who gathered to the function.

Ibrahim Al-Qayid, chairman of Daratassalam International, Manohar Ram, Deputy Chief of the Indian mission, Nadeem Tarin, DPS Riyadh Chairman, Mairaj Mohammed Khan, Principal, Khursheed Khan, administrator were also present. Bedi later officially released the school magazine “Desert Breeze”.

Twelve teachers were honoured for their exceptional services to the school. The teachers were Armin Kotwal, Shyma Taku, Abdul Hameed, Maria Dcruz, Sameena Waqaar, Chandramohan Bisth, Deepa Arora, Rejula K.H, Vijaylaxmi, Ayesha Faseela, Maxi Farnandez and Amita Rawat.

Second Pakistani University opens in UAE

Abasyn University RAS AL KHAIMAH, (UAE): One more Pakistani University has started its operations in Ras Al Khaimah with a mission to provide good quality affordable education for Pakistani families living in UAE. Name as “Abasyn University ”, the new educational platform will offer degree courses to the 800 to 1,000 pupils who comes out of Pakistani high schools in the UAE every year.
