Mumbai: Hult International Business School, ranked 1st in The Financial Times for International Experience, will host its first ever Executive Speaker Series Event in Mumbai onSaturday, April 28, 2012. 

Location and Time: 6:45pm at the Taj Lands End (Bandstand, Bandra West, Mumbai) 

Ania Jakubowski, Group Marketing & Strategy Director for Coca-Cola HBC will speak on "Content and Connections". She will explain about the herculean task In this complex era of media proliferation to get engaged with consumers/customers/the community.

Ania Jakubowski is working as the Group Marketing & Strategy Director for Coca-Cola HBC. Coca-Cola Hellenic is the largest Coke bottler globally in terms of revenue. In 2011, Hellenic posted revenues of 6.9 billion euro, an EBIT of 540 million Euro, its geographic responsibilities spanning 28 countries across Europe - including the key emerging markets of Russia, as well as Nigeria where the roots of Hellenic began. 

Previously, she enjoyed a 20 year international career with Procter & Gamble, spanning North America, Eastern, Central and Western Europe; in sales, marketing, operational & market development roles, strategy and capability building roles. Ania is also Chair of the Advisory Board for OWIT International (Organization of Women in International Trade:www.owit.org).

Second Pakistani University opens in UAE

Abasyn University RAS AL KHAIMAH, (UAE): One more Pakistani University has started its operations in Ras Al Khaimah with a mission to provide good quality affordable education for Pakistani families living in UAE. Name as “Abasyn University ”, the new educational platform will offer degree courses to the 800 to 1,000 pupils who comes out of Pakistani high schools in the UAE every year. Previously Szabist University in Dubai was the only Pakistani university in the emirates. Abasyn’s Ras Al Khaimah centre is its overseas branch campus. As a famed brand in Pakistan, the Abasyn University has campuses in Peshawar and Islamabad. Abasyn University is considered to be more affordable as it charges only Dh1,200 a month. AUS helps rebuild Iraq’s higher education
