Dubai, (UAE): This time, Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Dubai will leave no stone unturned when it comes to admission 2014. Major focus of IMT Dubai is Indian expats and richest Indians live in India. To make a better harvest from India, IMT Dubai has planned a long road show in India covering all major cities of India.

Their massive Indian road show covers major cities viz. Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chandigarh from 18 to 30 May. The open evening conducted on 14 May at IMT Dubai Campus within Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) was a huge success with good participation of Asian students.

Scholarship offer is a big attraction to draw Indian students. They offer 30 to 100 % scholarship for the students in 2014. Students acquire above 95 % in higher secondary will be entitled for a 100 % scholarship. Scholarship is valid only for Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA) programme. This scholarship is available only for the first year. If a student wants to continue scholarship, she/he has to achieve 3.6 Grade Point Average (GPA) from second year onwards. This will definitely attract Indian students as many of them looking at Dubai as a global destination of higher studies. Students also have the possibility of a better placement after the programme in Dubai itself.

If a student enrolls for the BSBA programme before 31 June, they will get a fee waiver of AED 3,000 as an Early Enrolment Grant.

Second Pakistani University opens in UAE

Abasyn University RAS AL KHAIMAH, (UAE): One more Pakistani University has started its operations in Ras Al Khaimah with a mission to provide good quality affordable education for Pakistani families living in UAE. Name as “Abasyn University ”, the new educational platform will offer degree courses to the 800 to 1,000 pupils who comes out of Pakistani high schools in the UAE every year.
