It used to be that you could only be a Crime Scene Investigator on television, now at DIAC you can study a Digital Forensic Science Degree and join an elite team of crime solving scientists upon graduation.
Forensic Scientists use scientific methods and problem-solving techniques to solve crimes. Using advanced procedures and high-tech equipment, Forensic Scientists collect evidence in order to solve intricate puzzles and assist Police and Government departments.
Forensic Scientist will get job in Police Department, Crime laboratories and mortuary. Crime scene investigators must travel to various parts of the cities and regions where the crime they are investigating have occurred.
Basic Qualification
To be a forensic scientist, one usually needs to earn a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or forensic science.
Before one can work independently as a forensic scientist, he or she must receive extensive on-job training. This takes place through an apprenticeship with an experienced officer.
Digital Forensic Science courses are available at three centres in Dubai. And both programmes are taking place at Dubai Internation Academic City (DIAC): There are three universities offers Forensic courses in Dubai. And they are American University in Emirates , Manipal University, Dubai (Only post-graduate study) & Amity University.

2.Manipal University, Dubai

Amity offers a 3 year B Sc in Forensic Science.
